The pallet sleeve box is a versatile sleeve-packaging system comprising three components—lid, sleeve, and pallet—engineered to maximize product storage and transportation efficiency within minimized spatial footprint. When empty, the system can be fully collapsed, facilitating streamlined reverse logistics operations.
This collapsible plastic pallet box is specially designed for automotive parts storage and transportation. Adopting high strength HDPE raw materials and reinforced structural design it can effectively protect auto parts from collision scratch and damage during handling turnover and long distance transportation.
Widely applicable for automobile spare parts auto accessories hardware parts and industrial components packaging ideal for automobile factories supporting logistics warehousing and circulating turnover.
The twin-sheet thermoformed Lid and Pallet deliver high strength and load-carrying capacity without increasing the weight of the packaging. The reasonably designed walls and ribs provide larger internal dimensions and carrying capacity. Lid and Pallet are designed with nine feet base for anti-skid stable stacking and compatibility with all standard forklifts for easy handling.
The Sleeve, made of high strength, high payload polypropylene structural material referred to as "honeycomb", with high physical durability and light-weight. It's impressive impact and compressive strength due to air-lock technology keeps damage at bay during rough transportation.
