Light Load Cantilever: Best for storing long items where ceiling height is less than 3.5m and total load is under 3000kg. The recommended arm length is within 1000mm, with the load capacity on each arm kept below 400kg.
Constructed with C200 x 60 hot dip pre-galvanised coil. Recommended maximum height limit is up to 3500mm.
Available in single-sided and double-sided welded configuration using hot dip pre-galvanised coil. Highly durable and easy to assemble.
Consists of horizontal and X-braces, providing critical structural stability to the racks.

Uniformly distributed load across the cantilever racks and arms is essential to ensure operational safety. Refer to the distribution diagram below to check the proper overhanging dimensions for various load configurations.
Equipped with a rounded nose design at the tip of the arm along with a single-round-pin bracket, the arm is allowed to pivot freely upward in case of an accidental impact from a forklift. This design significantly cuts down potential damage to the cantilever rack structure during daily warehouse activity. Note: Only medium and heavy-duty models include this safety feature.
Cantilever racks can easily be configured to hold pallets. This setup is accomplished by inserting Pallet Support Bars across the cantilever arms. Each support bar rests securely on a pair of specialized Saddles, as shown in the diagram.
Storage spaces at the lower tiers can be transformed into manual picking stations by integrating wire mesh decking over the arms.
